Nine games hit PS5 on October 8, three with prices
A Kingdom Hearts collection, a Pinhead survival horror and Jonathan Blow's new puzzler share one Thursday. The only peso price comes from Steam.
Nine games launch on PS5 on Thursday, October 8, according to a Game Rant roundup. They include Kingdom Hearts Collection, Neon Abyss 2, Silver Pines, Gear.Club Unlimited 3, Echo Weaver, Forever Ago, Deck of Haunts, Order of the Sinking Star and Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Revival.
Only three have a published price. For the other six, the only thing available is the date from that list, with no price confirmed in a store.
The three with prices
Kingdom Hearts Collection [I~III] starts at $74.99 on the Square Enix store. It bundles the 1.5+2.5 ReMIX compilation, the Final Chapter prologue from the 2.8 entry and Kingdom Hearts III with its Re Mind expansion. The store lists it for PS5 and Switch 2, and preorders include an exclusive Keyblade for each platform; on PS5 it is the "Midnight Blue". The physical edition requires an internet connection and an additional download.
Hellraiser: Revival, a first-person survival horror from Saber Interactive, costs 529.99 pesos on Steam for the standard edition and 674.99 for the Deluxe. The Deluxe adds The Nailer weapon, weapon skins, a digital art book, the soundtrack and the novel "Bleeding Hearts". That listing is the PC one: the PS5 version comes from the Game Rant list and still needs to be checked on the PlayStation Store.
Order of the Sinking Star, from Jonathan Blow and his studio Thekla, costs $29.99 on PS5, PC and Switch 2, according to GamingBolt. Game Informer counts more than 1,000 interconnected puzzles across four regions and reports that Blow describes the collaboration with other designers as "a kind of game design supercollider".
None of the three had press scores in the sources consulted.
What remains to be confirmed
Square Enix lists the collection from $74.99, but a $79.99 preorder price was reported in June; which one applies is still to be checked on the PlayStation Store. The week also brings Gears of War: E-Day on October 6.
