Xbox Free Play Days: ARC Raiders free, Screamer with Game Pass
Seven games are open to try through Sunday, Oct. 11; ARC Raiders needs no subscription and several come with discounts to keep them.
This week Xbox's Free Play Days trial program offers seven games and three kinds of access.
Screamer and Family Man are playable in full from Thursday, Oct. 8 to Sunday, Oct. 11, as long as you have Game Pass on its Ultimate, Premium or Essential tier. ARC Raiders costs nothing on those dates for any Xbox player, no subscription needed, and includes the Frozen Trail update, which Xbox calls the biggest since launch. The other four, Rogue Waters, Little Nightmares III, High On Life 2 and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl, are limited-time trials open to everyone.
| Game | How it plays | Discount | Price in dollars |

| Screamer | Full game with Game Pass | 60 % | 59.99 to 23.99 |
| Family Man | Full game with Game Pass | 85 % | 19.99 to 2.99 |
| ARC Raiders | Free for everyone | 50 % | 39.99 to 19.99 |

If a game wins you over and you buy it with the event deal, you keep your progress and your achievements. The ARC Raiders deal, which covers the base game, the Deluxe edition and the upgrade to Deluxe, runs through Oct. 15. For Screamer, the discount applies to the standard edition and the Digital Deluxe.
Prices are in US dollars. Xbox warns that discounts and availability can vary by region, so check the Mexican Microsoft Store for local prices. The post gives dates only, not the exact opening and closing times, and lists PC only for Screamer and Family Man; for the rest it points to downloads on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
