Jay-Z to headline Super Bowl LXI halftime show
The NFL, Roc Nation and Apple Music made the announcement during Monday Night Football. The game is Feb. 14, 2027, at SoFi Stadium.
Jay-Z will take the stage at halftime as the headliner of Super Bowl LXI. The NFL, Roc Nation and Apple Music announced it on Monday, in the middle of the Dallas Cowboys-Philadelphia Eagles Monday Night Football game.
The league's championship game is Sunday, Feb. 14, 2027, at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. It will air on ESPN, ABC and Disney+, with a mobile stream on NFL+.
Roc Nation, Jay-Z's own company, has produced the halftime show since it signed a partnership with the NFL in 2019. The rapper is headlining a production his company puts together.
He had just played the same stadium on Oct. 23 and 24 with his JAY-Z30 concert series. The last two halftime headliners were Kendrick Lamar in 2025 and Bad Bunny in 2026, whose set was the first show of that scale performed in Spanish.
No guest performers have been announced.
Jay-Z has never played a Super Bowl halftime show. On Feb. 14, he will.
