Oasis tour documentary hits Disney+ with extra songs
The streaming cut adds a longer joint interview with Liam and Noel Gallagher and four full songs that were not in theaters.
"Oasis: Don't Look Back In Anger," the documentary about the band's Oasis Live '25 reunion tour, premieres Oct. 9 on Disney+, according to the platform's announcement. The film had already played in select theaters and IMAX since Sept. 11, Excélsior reported.
The streaming cut is not identical to the theatrical one. Time Out and Disney+ UK say it includes a longer joint interview with the Gallagher brothers and four full songs. Two are extras, "Wonderwall" and "Slide Away"; the other two, "D'You Know What I Mean?" and "Half The World Away," are not in the film.
The Disney+ Mexico listing calls the documentary an account of "the biggest musical event of 2025," with access to rehearsals, backstage and stages. It also promises Liam and Noel's first joint interviews in more than 20 years. The rating in Mexico is 12+.
The idea comes from Steven Knight, creator of "Peaky Blinders." Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace direct, and Magna Studios produces, presented by Sony Music Vision. In the United States it will stream on Disney+ and Hulu, while in the United Kingdom it will be on Disney+ only.
Disney+ says it was the highest-grossing documentary of the year in the United Kingdom and Ireland, though it gives no figure or period. According to Excélsior, the band also announced Oasis Live '27, with concerts in Europe and the United States, and it remains to be seen whether the tour will reach Mexico.
The platform has not said what time it becomes available in Mexico.
