Pratfall comes to PS5, Xbox Series and Switch 2 in early 2027
Daedalic and Quad Head bring the cave co-op game, with more than 600,000 copies on PC, to console with full crossplay; no exact date or price yet.
Pratfall, the co-op game in which a group falls, digs and flies through caves, will come to consoles in early 2027: PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2. Publisher Daedalic Entertainment and studio Quad Head announced it.
There is no exact date or price yet. Daedalic will open preorders in late 2026.
The console versions will have full crossplay with PC: one group will be able to mix players on PS5, Xbox Series, Switch 2 and Steam.
Pratfall launched on Steam on April 20, 2026, and has already sold more than 600,000 copies, according to the publisher, which hit 100,000 soon after launch. That is a publisher figure, with no breakdown by period.
"The response from the PC community surpassed everything we hoped for," said Tim Schroeder of Quad Head. "Bringing the game to consoles is the natural next step," he said.
The game has procedurally generated biomes, destructible terrain, explosives and physics-based gameplay. On Steam it has very positive reviews, and large groups tend to end up in chaos.
Daedalic promises more new features, which it will reveal in the coming months.
