Prime Video sends the Derbez family to Africa in its new season
A 17-second teaser reveals where De Viaje con los Derbez goes next. The premiere is coming "very soon," with no date.
The next season of De Viaje con los Derbez, the Derbez family travel series, is heading to Africa. Prime Video Mexico revealed the destination Tuesday in a 17-second official teaser.
There is no premiere date. The video's description promises "lots of adventures," opens with "Africa, get ready, the Derbez are coming" and ends with a "very soon on Prime Video." It names no countries or activities, and it does not say which members of Eugenio Derbez's family make the trip.
The closest precedent hints at the wait without guaranteeing it. The fourth season, Buscando a Santa, got a trailer on Nov. 9, 2023, and reached Prime Video on Nov. 24, just over two weeks later. The fifth, which went to Japan, came out in late September 2025. For Africa, there is no day yet.
